Structure and Composition
The Gable Box with a Snap Lock Bottom is engineered from a single die-cut piece for strength and efficient assembly. The top of the box features interlocking panels that, when folded, create both the signature gable-shaped roof and a sturdy, integrated handle. A tuck-in flap ensures the top stays securely closed during transport.
The base of the box is a “Snap Lock Bottom,” also known as a “1-2-3 Bottom.” It consists of four die-cut flaps that are folded and interlocked in a simple sequence. This clever design creates a remarkably strong and reliable base that snaps into place without needing tape or glue, providing excellent support for the contents inside. This combination of a self-locking bottom and a handled top results in a durable and highly functional packaging solution.
